By accessing or using Bedtime Magic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bedtime Magic is an AI-powered bedtime story generator that creates personalized stories for children based on parent-selected values, interests, and preferences. The Service includes story generation, illustration creation, PDF export, and optional physical book printing.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You may delete your account at any time through the Account Settings page.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to generate inappropriate, harmful, or explicit content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to bypass content moderation safeguards
  • Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Resell or redistribute generated content for commercial purposes without permission

5. AI-Generated Content

Stories and illustrations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we implement content moderation to ensure age-appropriateness, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will meet your specific expectations. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review stories before sharing them with children.

You retain the right to use stories generated for your personal, non-commercial use. Stories made public may be viewed by other users of the Service.

6. Pricing and Payments

Bedtime Magic offers free story generation with a monthly credit limit. Additional stories and premium features (such as physical book printing) may require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed clearly before any purchase is confirmed.

7. Print Orders

Physical book orders are fulfilled through our printing partner. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Refund requests for print orders should be directed to our support team.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Bedtime Magic. AI-generated stories are provided for your personal use. You may not claim exclusive ownership of AI-generated content that may be similar to content generated for other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in Account Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
